Multiple things ...

For those who have been reading for a long time, you are familiar with the ministry of Real Hope for Haiti and the Zachary family. For those less familiar, this family has been working together in Haiti and offering valuable medical care for almost 15 years.

I am posting this today because time to respond is running short. Licia is having a baby in August. She is registered at Walmart. They have it linked HERE at this post on their blog. Click on the baby list posted a couple of days ago. OR if you want to bless her with a cash or gift card baby gift, that would be put to good use too.

Getting the bigger items on this container requires people to get it to Minneapolis by next Tuesday, April 13th the Site-To-Store shipping won't work at this point. The container is loading on Friday, April 16th - if you think you are sending a gift to be loaded on the container, please let Debbie Woodward know so she can pass the information to Zach for planning.

Large items can be sent to or dropped off in Minnesota at:

Thanks for the response to Amanda's story. As we have updates and information, we will let you know. Please be praying she gets where she needs to be to get the help she so deserves. There are a few Kreyol speaking not-real "Texans" that would love to see her land here. (Like Lyle Lovett sings, "That's right you're not from Texas, but Texas wants you anyway.")

This guy is walking for Haiti. Check out his route and see if you can provide him some encouragement.

This young woman is
running for RHFH. Check it out and consider sponsoring her.

This was on the Today show.

A few people said they could not watch the Fronline special, that it was too hard. I understand that but I challenge you to watch it anyway. That suffering is raw, appalling, gruesome and terribly uncomfortable to watch --- but they are experiencing it, so if by watching it you are spurred to action, then watching it is probably a good thing.

Hopefully the next post will be from one blogger extraordinaire, Mr. Troy Livesay. Live from Port au Prince.
